I wanted to step up our social media presence this year while keeping our branding consistent. Social media takes a lot of time and planning so in trying to tie everything in together I came up with the idea of creating various “marketing modules” that could be used for both newsletters, social media blasts, on our event registration software, on our website and also as insertable modules in our email blasts. That way, creation of each of these items isn’t starting from scratch, but rather just bringing together the individual pieces already created in an appropriate platform for whichever media outlet we are utilizing at the moment. This not only saves an incredible amount of creation time, but helps to unify the branding across multiple platforms.
To do this, I started with my basic colors and text themes. I then started creating my “blocks”.
Below are some examples of the marketing blocks that I used:
Then I took these blocks and added them to our registration process as seen below:
I also used them to build and customize our upcoming email blasts in Robly:
I added them to our Symposium webpage:
And I have been posting them to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram individually:

This has been a very easy and time saving method for marketing and advertising across all platforms and I’m super excited to add to this and use it going forward!
