Hello I’m Melanie,

Welcome to my online portfolio!

I work for the University of Southern Mississippi, School of Polymers and Engineering Department as the Manager of Finance and External Relations. I love to do freelance work in instructional technology design (creating training courses and materials), human capital development projects (competency models, needs analysis, (performance improvement projects), marketing/branding strategies, financial planning/tracking, and creating websites. I have completed two bachelor degrees in Marketing and Finance and a Master’s degree in Human Capital Development with an emphasis on Instructional Technology Design from the University of Southern Mississippi. I am a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Gamma Beta Phi honor societies and was recognized with the Who’s Who award from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2021.
